The Types of Payment Methods we Accept                                                                                                                                Credit/Debit Cards, Moneygram or Transferwise, Bank Transfers, Bank Drafts, Postal Orders, Cash.                                       

Please note for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions we endeavor to take extra care to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud. We take extra caution in the following cases:-

  • a 1st order
  • High value transaction
  • Your billing address not matching your delivery address
  • Your billing address not matching the address held by your credit card provider

In these cases you will be asked to provide a copy of your credit card statement to confirm that you are definitely the Card holder. If you are unable to do this, we respectfully request payment by Western Union Money Transfer or Bank Drafts.

Also, as an extra security precaution, we may ask for written, signed confirmation from the card holder before an order is processed. We will send you an email to ask for this confirmation. Please ensure to always check your junk mail, spam or promotions folders after placing your order, as e-mails do not always end up in your Inbox. And be sure to return the signed form to our postal address This is for purely for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We will also have to ship the parcel to the card billing address. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however we feel it is necessary in light of fraudulent transactions.

Credit and Debit Cards

This is by far the safest, quickest and most convenient way to make payments online.

Our online sales are 3D Secure, SSL 256 bit encrypted making it a very safe place to enter your details.

Once you have paid for your order we do not hold any records of customers Credit/Debit card details or hold any personal information such as your name and address permanently on our system. This is to ensure safety to all our customers and absolute discretion and privacy. We may, on occasion, require a credit check for particularly high value orders or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks have been completed. Alternatively we may request a different method of payment.

If you do not want to process a transaction online, you must first download a printable Order Form from our website and fill in the details required, and then send it along with your payment.

You can then use the following alternative methods of payment:

Western Union Electronic Money Transfer

We accept Western Union electronic money orders (not paper money orders). This is a good method for people wanting to send a discrete payment securely.

After completing the Order Form please select the Western Union Payment method at checkout and follow the instructions. We only accept payments in GBP. Please ensure that you include your order number when making the transfer so we can dispatch your order immediately.

Bank Transfer

This is a convenient and safe method of transferring money. If you wish to pay by electronic bank transfer, please get in touch through our contact details. Please note that you are responsible for paying any bank transfer charges that your bank may levy. Please ensure that you include your order number when making the transfer so we can dispatch your order immediately.

Bank Drafts

At this point and time we only accept Euros. Just go to your local Bank with your cash and order a GBP Bank Draft made payable to Tom Scott's. (If made out to any other name your order will be destroyed and will not get processed). Post it along with the printable Order Form to our contact address. We also request that you write the order number on the back of the cheque. We will email you with notification that we have received your order.

Please note it may take up to 5 working days for Bank Drafts to clear.

Your order will be processed the next working day once the funds are cleared into our account, and may take up to 15 days to arrive at your address. Depending on your local postal service it may take up to 21 days to receive your package.

Cash and Postal Orders

We only accept GBP. We also accept GBP postal orders. Please send cash or postal orders to our contact address.

Note of Caution: Cash is the least secure method of payment and it can and often is stolen in the post! It can often take up to 30 days to arrive. We are not responsible for cash that does not arrive. If you must pay by cash please ensure it is hidden in the envelope and sent by registered delivery, along with your completed Order Form.

It is imperative you send your cash payment by REGISTERED mail to our postal address. Due to the questionable security of sending cash by mail, we strongly advise you to consider other payment methods as we cannot be held responsible if we don't' receive your cash.

Important Notes to remember. Your credit card/bank statement will NOT show any reference to cannabis! All transactions will appear on your statement as ,Chicgear. This way, nobody will know what you have bought or where you bought it from!

-Due to currency conversion the amount you see on the screen might be slightly different to the amount on your statement.

-Customers are responsible for any electronic transfer charges.

-Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

-Orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of ChicGear until paid for in full.
