We do quote three working days for orders to be processed with U.K. Mainland deliveries usually taking between 1-3 working days and are sent 'recorded, signed for', which makes them easy to track. Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to us and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship if it does eventually arrive back with us.
99% of International orders are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days, however they can take up to 21 working days, but this is quite rare. International orders are sent 'Track and Trace' and most countries do not require a signature on delivery so they will normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post room and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up. Please collect this from the mail depot.
Please check if your country is an ‘Airsure’ Country (a country where a signature is not required)
Please also be aware that we do send to some countries where signatures are required, and to some countries without a tracking number.
Pukkabudz.co.uk require contact by phone, post or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items bought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items that have been returned must be in their unopened, original seed packet. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.
Yes. If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened seed packets. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.
No. Shipping will be charged on top of the total cost of seeds you wish to purchase.
You may need to double check the details you have entered. The card you are using must be registered to the billing address as this may cause your order to be rejected. You may have entered your card details incorrectly, so you may need to check them again. Also, you must have sufficient funds in your account to process the transaction. If you are 100% sure that you have entered all details correctly please contact us so that we can help you through the process and try taking payment over the phone
We ship all seeds in their original breeder’s packs with the exception of single pick n mix seeds, which are removed from their original breeder packaging and repackaged by Pukkabudz.com
However, if using Super Stealth shipping, seeds are removed from their original breeders packaging and put into individually labelled mini bags. If you are worried about your privacy and security, this is the option for you!

We accept all major credit/debit cards online or over the phone. Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details. All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through, we do not hold any records of clients credit/debit card details and all other client information remains highly confidential.
If you are placing a phone order we will only be able to talk to the owner of the card when taking details for payment. This is purely for protection of the card owner and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We will also have to ship the parcel to the card billing address.
International Gift Cards are also accepted online and over the phone should you not have a credit/debit card. With these you must enter the issuing banks details in the billing section and then your address in the delivery details. You must also call the gift card company to register the card and tell them you are purchasing overseas so they can activate it for international use. We do not accept cards that are not registered for international use if you are ordering outside of the UK.
If you do not wish to process a transaction online or over the phone, you can at the check out just click on the bank transfer option at this point you can choose to pay by transfer, by Western Union, by cash, by money/postal order this will generate an order and send it to your email address.
If paying by cash or postal/money order use a copy to send with either your money/postal order . Then purchase a money/postal order and post it to us, with a copy of the order.
Money/postal orders can be purchased from your local post office, Wal-Mart, gas station or bank. These must be made payable to Tom Scott`s. Once we receive the money/postal order we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. Please remember to include delivery costs and any additional stealth costs, as it can hold up your shipment. And if ordering from overseas, please check you have paid the correct money to the correct currency. We do have a currency converter on our website if this helps.
Cash can also be sent in the post, but please be sure to send it to us via a secure postal service that is trackable, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss in the mail.
Yes. Some seeds are available to purchase as single seeds.
Yes. If you sign up to our Facebook account we'll contact you via Facebook once we have your selected seeds back in supply.
Pukkabudz.com only sell and supply seeds as souvenirs and for storage to preserve the seeds for future positive changes in the laws of individual countries worldwide. Although our seedbank is full of the world's finest and rarest varieties from the World's premiere breeders, current UK Laws only permit sale for the aforementioned purpose. Therefore, for this reason we are unable to entertain any enquiries regarding germination as germination or cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in the UK.
We are legally unable to answer any emails on this subject and if we believe seeds are being purchased for any illegal purpose the sale will be refused.
